Meet Silk yogurt- a dairy free yogurt alternative. I have been trying to slowly have a more vegan based diet and this will surely help. 

This yogurt is perfect for including in recipes like smoothies. Below is my special smoothie recipe treat- perfect for leaving for a working husband! You can find this delicious treat at grocery stores nationwide. I found mine at Kroger!
